Discover Mahe island’s best famous places. Mahe half day tour is organized with a private car with driver and during the tour you will be amazed by breathtaking sceneries of Seychelles. You will be visiting different historical points, panoramic stops, view points, craft galleries.

Route: (This trip can be adjusted differently as per client request or depending if client is located in the north).

09.30 AM or 1.30 PM: Your driver will come at your hotel.

During this half day tour one possibility can be to begin by the South Road driving through the Craft Village, Colored Chalets where many local crafts are proposed handmade, a taste of Seychelles. Then driving along to Intendance Beach and Police bay.

Then the tour will continue till “Port Glaud” on the extreme North point of the island, this is a Marine Park. Then the tour will continue towards the “Sans Souci Road” up to “Victoria” (capital of the Seychelles islands).

On the way to Victoria a stop at “Mission Point” (paying entrance not included, it has to be paid by client) where you have a very nice panoramic view. The Queen Elizabeth enjoys to come and have tea time in this place at the time Seychelles was a British colony (1845-1977). It was also famous for the Blood trees (no ore existing) and also a large variety of essence of flowers and trees like cinnamon trees. A stop at the Tea Factory an old factory still processing. (entrance visit and cup of tea not included in the price of excursion).

The tour then go to “Victoria City” the smallest world capital. On the way you can enjoy the tea plantations and the endemic natural forest and Seychelles nature.

If you have enough time you must have a stop at the Botanical Garden (entrance fees and private visit is not included) and also a stop at Victoria Market place which is fully colored with the fish stand (all fisherman’s comes and sells fishes) the different groceries stands with local fruits and vegetables and the stand of spices. Also at the first floor of the market there are nice small souvenir shops.

Around 1PM return to your hotel or 5PM if tour is in the afternoon.
